Status
The crew began filming The Genius of a Place in March 2009. After six shoots in Cortona, which produced roughly 50 hours of footage, the crew completed the filming process in August 2010. As of today, The Genius of a Place is in the post-production phase. A rough cut of approximately 50 minutes will be submitted to the Sundance Film Festival, for the programmers’ consideration.
Editing and other post-production work will continue through 2011.
